CSV import failed

What to do if your CSV import within Crezco failed

If you tried uploading a CSV into Crezco, but the import failed, please use the following points to try and problem solve before reaching out to your Customer Success Manager about this issue.

  • Double check that all the necessary information has been correctly filled out (name, reference, bank account, sort code).
  • There are no special characters such as hash signs and brackets.

Please include the following information in the email

  • Company name 
  • Accounting/Payroll software you exported the CSV from
  • Please attach the file that you were trying to upload

 

We will then take a look at the file, figure out why it failed and then correct the CSV file and send it back to you!
