How to verify your UK organisation

Step by step process on how to verify your UK organisation for international payments within Crezco.

1. Click on the 'International Payments' option of the 'Settings' dropdown on the left-hand side.
   
   
2. Confirm if the organisation is a UK limited company. If it is not, please use the live chat feature to talk to someone on the support team and they can guide you on next steps in this process.
   
   Confirm 'Do you have easy access to a company Director, Owner or Officer?' and select the following options -
   1. That's me
   2. Yes
   3. No
   
   
   
   
3. You will be asked to acknowledge that you are PSC (person of significant control) or that you will contact a PSC within the company and make them aware of this process
   
   Once acknowledged, click 'Continue' to go to the next page
   
   
   Once acknowledged, click 'Continue' to go to the next page
   
   
4. Use the search bar to find your company in the UK Companies House. Select your company once it comes up and click 'Continue'
   
   If your company is not listed/ is not a limited company, please use the live chat feature to speak to one of our support agents for best next steps
   
    
   
   
   
5. You will then be required to verify at least two of the listed officers/directors. If you are one of the officers/persons with significant control, please verify yourself. 
   
   
   
   If your name is not listed or need another officer/director to verify, please reach out to the contacts listed on the page to notify them of the process and to complete the following steps:
   
   
   
6. Select the officers/directors that need to verify their identity and enter in their email address. Once you have selected at least two, you will need to acknowledge that you have notified the selected officers of this verification process. Click to 'Send invites and continue' 
   
   
   
   
7. You will then be presented with an 'In progress' page until the select officers have completed their verification
   
   
   
   These next steps will be applicable for the officers that were selected to be part of the verification process.
   
   
8. The officer/director will then get an email from noreply@crezco.com, asking them to verify their identity. Once they have clicked on Verify with Veriff  button, they will be taken to a page with Veriff.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
9. Once relocated to the Veriff page, you will be asked to enter in your phone number. You will then receive a text message from veriff to confirm you are wanting to verify your identity. You will finish the verification process on your phone.
   
   
10. You will be asked to take photos of a government issued ID (drivers license should do) and for a selfie. Once completed, you will get the following page
    
    
    
    
    
11. Once both officers/directors have completed and submitted their verification, please notify your Customer Success Manager so they can have our compliance team review the submitted information. If everything checks out, our compliance team will finalize your verification.
    
    
12. You will get an email confirmation from Crezco once our compliance team has verified your company.
    
    
13. All done!
