Creating a payable manually
- Log into your Crezco account, and navigate to the Accounts Payables tab on the left hand side of your page
- Click on 'Add Manual Payment' near the top of the page, on the right-hand side.
- Once you have selected to add a manual payment, you will need to fill out the following details:
- Payee: the payee will not be listed as an option if a contact has not been created for them. If you have not created a contact for them yet, please refer to this help centre article on How to create a contact in Crezco
- Reference
- Due date of this bill
- Amount. The currency for this will vary, based off where the contact is based.
- For example, if the contact bank information is in the US, the currency that will show next to the Amount is USD.

- Once all the details have been filled out, you will want to select the 'Create bill' button.
- Our system will navigate you back to the 'Pay' page, where you will now be able to see the bill you created.
Processing single payments
- Log into your Crezco account, and navigate to the Accounts Payables tab on the left hand side of your page
- Click on the bill you'd like to pay. If you cannot find the bill which you are looking to pay, please refer below
- Please navigate to the Accounts Payable section in our Help Centre to find out how to import your CSV into Crezco, dependent on your accounting/payroll software

- Once you've selected the bill, you will see the option to 'Prepare Payment Link' on the right hand side.
- Once you've clicked this, you can:
- Confirm the bank account you would like to submit the payment from.
- Choose whether you'd like to process the payment immediately or on a scheduled later date.
- This will generate a link that you can copy and add to an email, or you can click to process the payment now.
- Once you click on the link you can either continue with your web browser or scan the QR code with your phone and confirm the payment there.
- Once the payment has been confirmed, you can select the 'Finish' button at the bottom of the page.
- You will be redirected to the 'Payables' home page. If you wish to view bills you have already paid, select the 'History' tab at the top of the page. There you will be able to see all your accounts payable transaction history.
Deleting payables
1. Navigate to the Accounts Payables section on the left hand side of the page
2. Select whichever bills you want to delete. This will open a detailed summary box to the right.
3. Click on the three dots in the the top right hand corner of the detailed summary box, and then select the option to 'Delete bills'.
The bills should now be removed from your account!
Viewing/Filtering your payables

Payable statuses
Ready to Pay: The payable is ready for processing. You can pay it individually or include it in a bulk pay run.
In Pay Run: The payable is included in a created pay run. It cannot be processed individually or deleted unless removed from the pay run.
Scheduled: The payable is scheduled for payment on a specific date. It will update to Sent once the payment is processed on that date.
Sent: The payment has been processed, and the funds have left your account.
Partially Sent: Applies to bulk payments that are not fully completed. You can continue processing the remaining payments.
