      Making payment through a Samsung device

      Read on to find out how to make a payment through a Samsung device

      There are some known issues with the Android browser on some Samsung devices when opening third-party applications like Crezco.

       

      Fortunately, Samsung provided a fix. If you are struggling to pay a Crezco payment link through a Samsung device, please follow these steps:

       

      1. From your internet app on your Samsung device, select the burger menu and go to 'Settings'.
      2. Then select 'Useful features'
      3. Then select 'Open links in apps' and this will fix the issue.
