How your bank works with Crezco

 

Crezco uses Open Banking technology to connect directly with your bank, enabling fast, secure payments for both sending and receiving money. By linking your bank account to Crezco, you can easily make payments to vendors or clients and receive funds from customers, all through a seamless, real-time process. Open Banking allows Crezco to securely initiate transactions without the need for manual input. This integration ensures both efficiency and security, as Crezco leverages bank-grade security protocols to protect your financial data while simplifying your payment management.

Connecting your bank account

Customers must link to their bank account in order to process payments.

 

For peace of mind, please peruse information regarding our banking security.



  1. Log in to your account, then navigate to the 'Bank Accounts' section from the 'Settings' dropdown function.

  2. You'll then be presented with a bank selection screen.
     
    If you have an bank account already connected but wish to add another, you can select 'Add new bank account' in the top right corner, to be presented with the bank selection screen.

  3. Search and Select the bank that you wish to connect.


  4. You will be redirected to your bank's app or website. Please follow the instructions on your bank's website and add Crezco as a connection (the exact process will vary with each bank).

  5. All done! You should be redirected back to the original page where you can see your connected bank account.

Removing a bank account

Please note - in order to successfully remove this account from your Crezco organisation, it is imperative to delete all payment links associated with this bank account, including pay runs and receivable payment links. 


1. Log into your Crezco account and select the 'Bank accounts' tab from the 'Settings' drop down menu on the left hand side of the page.

 

2. Navigate to the bank account tile you wish to remove from your Crezco organisation.

3. Click the 3 dots stack on top of each other in the right hand corner of the tile.

4. Select and confirm to Remove account.

 

5. If you have an integration with Crezco (e.g Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.) you will need to reconfigure the integration. Please use the following help centre article below to guide you on how to reconfigure your account to the new bank account.
