MazApp

This article covers how to quickly set up and manage your MazApp and Crezco integration, making it easy to streamline payments and get started smoothly.

Setting up the integration

  1. Go to MazApp and click on your profile icon in the top right hand corner

  2. Click on the 'Crezco Payments' tab on the left hand side.

  3. Select 'Connect with Crezco'.

  4. You will then need to create your Crezco account, or if you've already got one - log in.

  5. Next you will need to choose which bank account you'd like.

    Make sure that if you have multiple Crezco organisations, you have the one you'd like paired with MazApp selected in your Crezco account by selecting it from the dropdown in the top left.

    If you have one bank connected to Crezco, this will be shown for you to confirm. If you have multiple connected for that Crezco organisation you can choose which one you'd like 
    Select your bank and click 'Confirm'.

    If you've not connected your bank to Crezco already, you'll be presented with a list of banks to choose from. Crezco doesn't see your login details, we just take you directly to the bank. Once logged in, select the account you wish to be paid into and confirm to be redirected back to Crezco where we securely store your bank details so we know where to send money.

  6. After authorizing your bank account, you will then be redirected back to Crezco where you can then click on 'Confirm' to connect your bank account.

  7. You've successfully connected Crezco to MazApp!

 

Please note - if you are looking to change the bank account you have used for your MazApp and Crezco integration, you will need to reach out to customer support to help you reset the integration options.

Raising an invoice

  1. Go to your MazApp profile.

  2. Select the 'Invoices' tab at the top of the page.

  3. Select 'Create new' on the left-hand side of the page.

  4. Fill out the Customer information.

  5. Complete the 'Item list' and 'Notes' sections.

  6. Review the invoice, then click on 'Send invoice'.

    Your invoice will now be sent to the client who can pay you via Crezco.

  7. Under the list of sent invoices, you can click on the three dots to the right to view 'Invoice options'. From here you can select an action for your invoice.




  8. Click on 'Preview'.


    This will allow you to see what your client sees. You may also wish to download and share the invoice.
