Limitations when using your Metro bank account with Crezco

You are able to use your Metro account with Crezco, but only with our Accounts Receivables features. 


Their current open banking implementation means Metro won't work with Crezco's Accounts Payables features, including pay roll and bulk payments.

Connecting your Metro bank account to Crezco

To use our accounts receivables features you must connect your bank account to Crezco. Metro's open banking implementation means it cannot be connected automatically - which is why you won't find Metro on our usual bank selector. 

To connect your Metro bank account to Crezco we will need a few documents for compliance. Please send:

  • 3 months of bank statements
  • Government issued ID (i.e. passport or drivers license)
  • Companies house number, or UTR if you're a sole trader
