Understanding NatWest Bankline's capabilities and rules for making successful batch payments

When processing batch payments through Crezco, please make sure you consider the following - 

• Check the daily transaction limits in your bank account (number of payments and total amount)
• You may need your NatWest card reader or biometric approval in order to approve batch payments
• The user approving the payment in NatWest needs to be assigned third-party payment permissions. For more information, please see our help centre article here
• Please note: NatWest requires all trusted beneficiaries (payees) to be listed in the "bulk list" in your NatWest account, please refer to our help centre article here

Supported payment types

Please note - After setting up your NatWest batch payment, please ensure you approve the payment by using the following steps

1. Log into your NatWest account

2. Navigate to the Payments section drop down

3. Select the Approve payments section and approve the pay run you just submitted
