Step by step process on how you can remove a bank account you have added to Crezco
Please note - in order to successfully remove this account from your Crezco organisation, it is imperative to delete all payment links associated with this bank account, including pay runs and receivable payment links.
1. Log into your Crezco account and select the 'Bank accounts' tab from the 'Settings' drop down menu on the left hand side of the page.
2. Navigate to the bank account tile you wish to remove from your Crezco organisation.
3. Click the 3 dots stack on top of each other in the right hand corner of the tile.
4. Select and confirm to Remove account.
5. If you have an integration with Crezco (e.g Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.) you will need to reconfigure the integration. Please use the help centre articles below to guide you on how to reconfigure your account to the new bank account.
